FAQ

For now, our FEMA courses are completely free.

All other pricing for courses is listed in the course catalog, depending on the course.

At this time, none of our courses require prerequisites.

1. Navigate to the Training Tab and Course Catalog. 
2. Select the course the you wish to register for. (Please note: if this is a FEMA course, there will be multiples dates and locations available to choose from.) 
3. Click Enroll 
4. You will be taken to the Mississippi State Extension Services Page – you must create an account (if you do not have one already) in order to proceed with registering. 
5. After you have created an account, (may need to confirm your email/account before proceeding) you will then be able to proceed with registration. 
6. Fill out all necessary information to register and pay for the course. 
7. You will receive a confirmation email once the registration is complete.

You may navigate to your Canvas page by selecting the blue “Canvas” button at the top of the screen. Using the account you created while registering for the course, sign in to view your course material. If you have any trouble, please reach out to us at training@assuredsafe.org. 

You will need to navigate to each of the individual courses listed in the catalog and register that way. You will not need to create a Canvas account each time.

Yes, you will receive a certificate for completing each course.

Any first responder or emergency management personnel are welcome to take ASSUREd Safe courses.
