FAQ

A certification can be achieved when the student completes all of the modules listed in a specific course. A certificate will also be given for completion of every course. A credential is granted when the student completes all of the courseware associated with that credential.

ASSUREd Safe offers the following certifications: ASSUREd Safe Pilot Cert., Operations Certification (Fire and Rescue, Law Enforcement, and Emergency Medical), Command and Control (Air Operations Support and Airboss) Cert., and Endorsement Certifications.

Certifications can be obtained by completing all of the coursework in the respective track. 

1. Navigate to the Training Tab and Course Catalog. 
2. Select the course the you wish to register for. (Please note: if this is a FEMA course, there will be multiples dates and locations available to choose from.) 
3. Click Enroll 
4. You will be taken to the Mississippi State Extension Services Page – you must create an account (if you do not have one already) in order to proceed with registering. 
5. After you have created an account, (may need to confirm your email/account before proceeding) you will then be able to proceed with registration. 
6. Fill out all necessary information to register and pay for the course. 
7. You will receive a confirmation email once the registration is complete.

For now, our FEMA courses are completely free and funded by FEMA. This Includes Mileage, Hotel Accommodations, And Per Diem.

All other pricing for courses is listed in the course catalog, depending on the course.

Please use the log in button at the top of the website or navigate to the following link and sign in with the information you registered with. You should have a dashboard that has all of your courses you have registered for listed. If you have any trouble, please reach out to us at training@assuredsafe.org. 

You will need to navigate to each of the individual courses listed in the catalog and register that way. You will not need to create a Canvas account each time.
