What happens if one of my customers files a complaint against me?


Complaints against members must be written and when possible documented with pictures or other useful information. After reviewing the complaint, the member is asked to give us their view of the transaction. After we review both sides of the transaction, we will offer a possible compromise to the member. The member makes the final decision about making any compromises. Our decision is non-binding on either party. Meaning our decision does not prevent either party from taking legal action. The process is described in greater detail in the dispute resolution section of this site.
